All prospective citizens must be issued a passport as proof of citizenship at the Docklands Customs and Immigration Center after successfully passing a suitability examination and presenting required documents. All temporary visitors must apply for and obtain a visitor's visa at the Docklands Customs and Immigration Center after registering their visit with the Border Force. This process should take no longer than five minutes.

New citizens and visitors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our nation's laws and culture, and should exchange foreign currency for our national currency, gil, at a bank or foreign exchange office.
